Step 1:

At HSS, we like to delight our customers and work hard to do so. However, if you don’t feel that your hire experience was everything it should have been, we’d like to know so that we can do something about it. The manager will be happy to discuss your concers in any of our branches or you can contact our Customer Care Team.

We aim to respond to your email within 2 hours of reciept.

We aim to respond to your fax within 2 hours of receipt.

We aim to respond to your letter within 5 working days of receipt.

When you call us, we will do our best to fix the problem whilst you are on the phone. If that isn’t possible, we’ll let you know what we are going to do to resolve it and keep you informed of our progress.
