Branch Manager Greenogue

Location: Greenogue Business Park, Rathcoole, Co. Dublin

Job Purpose:

The Branch Manager will be responsible for driving day to day sales growth within the branch, embrace sales initiatives across their hub, build strong customer relationships and maintain a high standard of branch presentation and service. You will also be involved in carrying out some cash handling and dealing with customers over the phone.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Embrace sales campaigns, and generate leads for the sales team
  • Exceed targets for sales, customer service, debt and branch standards
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills in all aspects of the working day
  • Maintain professional standards of product knowledge
  • Ensure compliance with all systems, procedures and processes
  • Represent the company and values of the business and portray a professional and businesslike image to all customers, potential customers and other people you meet in the course of your work.
  • Be a key driver in health & safety
  • Carry out other tasks and duties as required

What you’ll bring:

  • Driving license preferred but not essential
