Description

The IPAF MEWP Operator Training Course is for anyone required to supervise or rescue an operator, or anyone who needs to safely operate a MEWP in any machine category. You can also add on our Working at Height course and Harness inspection course.

The qualification, represented by the iconic IPAF Powered Access Licence (PAL) Card, is recognised worldwide as a sign of high quality operator training. It will be valid for 5 years. Photographs for the operator licence are taken on site and included in the price.

1a – Static Vertical – Vertical Personnel Platforms (Static)

1b – Static Boom – Self Propelled Booms (Outriggers), trailers / push arounds

3a – Mobile Vertical – Scissor Lifts, Vertical Personnel Platforms (Mobile)

3b – Mobile Boom – Self Propelled Booms

Entry-level course, no need for prior MEWP experience

Theory section and test, followed by practical training and a test at one of our IPAF Approved Training Centres.

Trainees must have the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment with them to operate the MEWPs i.e. Hard Hat, Safety Boots, Hi-Visibility Vest, Harness & Adjustable Restraint Lanyard.
